About Us

Joburg Colorectal is a team of surgeons, physicians, physiotherapists, dieticians, social workers, stomatherapists and administrative staff who work together for the best possible outcome for our patients. Each member of the team is dedicated to managing our patients in a multidisciplinary environment.

We also assist in training the next generation of surgeons and colorectal surgeons. Our expert team members are involved in University training and are regularly invited to give talks at academic and societal meetings. We manage weekly online tutorials which are CPD accredited and aimed at surgeons and trainee surgeons.

We undergo training both locally and internationally on the latest techniques and have been the first to perform these new procedures in South Africa. Our results are audited and reviewed.
